Our spacious, open-floor-plan home has a contemporary style. The secluded 17-acre, lush, tropical estate has exotic varieties of Bamboo, Palms, Avocados, and various fruit trees.<br />Located on the grounds is a private, functioning, award-winning art studio creating films, photography, video installations, and sculpture.<br />If you are looking to explore, we are just a quick ten-minute drive to the best beaches on the North Shore!<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />There is a spacious dining area where friends and family can enjoy home-cooked meals after a day of adventure. There are two bedrooms downstairs, each with a king-sized bed. One room has air conditioning, and both rooms have overhead fans. There are also two bathrooms downstairs. One has a toilet, sink, and large tub, and the other has a toilet, sink, and shower. The upstairs bedroom can be one king bed and one twin or four twin beds. We have recently added a family of Nigerian Dwarf Goats that have just filled our lives with such playful joy!
