Excessive hair, scratches, and other damage will result in additional fees. Failure to clean up after pets will result in additional fees. <br />2. NO Smoking: Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and additional cleaning fees.<br />3. NO late-night parties: please respect for neighbors and maintain quietness in the neighborhood. Monterey County Ordinance (Chapter 10.60) prohibits loud, unreasonable, and amplified noise in Carmel area.
