It will be closed this spring for renovation. <br /><br />As an added bonus, we have our unit well-equipped for any adventure you might take during your stay. We also have a brand new flat screen TV with cable, blue ray player .<br /><br />Not only does this resort have full-time security, we offer our guests free parking. New to the kitchen is a rice cooker, crock pot, blender, and waffle maker. And of course a coffee maker, pots, skillets, oils and spices. Full line of cooking utensils, flatware, and dishes. Special flatware for kids too.<br /><br />With its tiled floors throughout, you will always feel cooler and cleaner! As well, we have a brand new top of the line air conditioner in our unit as well as cable TV/DVR and a terrific lanai overlooking the ocean. There is a shared laundry room down the hall.<br />We have a hairdryer and a clothes ironing set-up. There is a small locking safe in the closet for valuables in the armoire. NOTE: The Banyan is extremely secure; we've never used the safe. The Banyan also offers 24-hour security staff and cameras.
