Located in Duboce Triangle near Duboce Park, cafés, and transit, it’s an ideal base for exploring San Francisco.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />· City and Bay Views from Balcony and Deck<br />The master bedroom balcony and sun deck adjacent to the kitchen and dining room offer guests city views and a quiet moment of fresh air with your morning coffee or a glass of wine. Stroll to Buena Vista Park for a picture perfect view of the Golden Gate Bridge. <br /><br />· Media Room <br />The media room offers guests a cinematic 48” OLED LG wall-mounted screen paired with audiophile B&W speakers ready to stream your movies, shows, and music. <br /><br />· Private Office<br />The private office adjoining the living room offers guests a work desk paired with an ergonomic chair, a window for contemplating, an extended lounge sofa for naps, and a piano for inspiration. <br /><br />· International Cookbook Library<br />A curated international collection of cuisine cookbooks lines the dining room shelves for guests use and enjoyment.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests have exclusive use of the three bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, office, and media room that comprise the top two floors of a three floor building and exclusive use of exterior elevated deck behind the building. Guests have private access to these indoor and outdoor spaces through the front door at the top of the stoop steps. <br /><br />Guest will be provided a personalized smart lock code that opens the front door during their stay.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />· Guest's Car Parking<br />Buckle-up: SF parking, as you may know, is frustrating and convoluted by a myriad of city limitations and unknowns that vary by time of day, day of week, current demand, etc. <br /><br />The bad news: Duboce Vista does not offer a dedicated parking for guests' use. The garage door shown in Vista's exterior photo is not a parking garage and is not accessible to Vista guests for parking or storage. The Vista has a very short and steep driveway at a steep angle and blocking the sidewalk will likely lead to a parking tickets. Please avoid parking in the driveway. <br /><br />The semi-good news: Street parking on 14th Street is free, however limited to two hours from 8 AM to 8 PM everyday and no parking for street cleaning on Tuesdays from 9 am to 11am or until the street cleaner passes by, typically by 930 am for the Vista's block of 14th St. If you relocate your car throughout the day, this is an annoying yet tenable parking option. <br /><br />The mostly-good news: Across the street from the Vista is the CPMC hospital that includes a covered parking lot. One recent Vista guest parked in the lot overnight for $35/day for 4 nights entering and exiting the lot each day. This is may be your best nearby parking option. <br /><br />Please message the host for more parking details. <br /><br />· The Building<br />The Duboce Vista is the top two floors of the building. The building's first floor is a living space accessed through a private garage workshop side door. The backyard is a shared space of the Vista guest and the first floor resident. <br /><br />· Neighborhood<br />The Vista is located in a residential neighborhood so please be respectful of neighbors and observe quiet in the evening.<br /><br />· Infants and Small Children<br />Given the interior stairs with open gaps and tables with hard corners, the Vista is not well-suited for infants and small children.<br /><br />· Guests with Mobility Issues<br />The Duboce Vista is not well-suited for people with mobility issues as two bedrooms are on the second floor, up two flights of stairs, and the front door is at the top of an elevated stoop, up one flight of stairs. <br /><br />· Service Animals<br />If you will bring a service animal as allowed by California law, please inform the host detailing what support is provided to the guest and what training the animal has received.<br /><br /><b>Registration Details</b><br />2026-001838STR
