This historic Victorian Farmhouse has been at the center of most of our family milestones, and we are grateful for the opportunity to share this space with others. We hope for it to be a space where many memories are made, like it was for us. In a central location, the home is walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops and boutique shopping. Whatever you or your family might need won’t be too far away!<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />With historic pieces like original hardwood, plaster, millwork and so much more - this house is filled with history and character. We have renovated the space to have modern upgrades such as: A/C and heating, a flatscreen smart TV, in house washer/dryer, Viking gas range, and so much more! We think it’s the perfect mix of modern amenities with historical character and we hope you do too!<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Parking for our location is street parking only. Parking is not metered<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />There is a lockbox - your code will be sent to you before you arrive. this will be how you enter the unit<br /><br />There are 2 thermostats in the home. 1 is located upstairs and the second one is located downstairs. <br /><br />We have a back house (cottage) that is on the shared property - this is not available for airbnb use and is occupied w/ a long term tenant.
