Welcome to our historic home in Presidio Heights steps away from Presidio Park, convenient shopping and dining options on Sacramento St. and casual dining and grocery stores in Laurel Village. You'll enjoy seamless connectivity to Downtown, Fisherman's wharf and the iconic Golden Gate Bridge. Tailored for families and groups of 8 our home has an array of communal spaces and a fully stocked kitchen on the first floor, while the second floor provides privacy with its generously sized bedrooms.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Our home was built in 1910 and is full of classic architectural details. It has two-levels with over 3000 square feet of main living area. Our home combines comfort and functionality to create a space that caters to your needs. From relaxing to working, every aspect has been carefully considered to ensure a memorable stay.<br /><br />LOWER LEVEL<br /><br />The formal living room is perfect for hosting friends and family and includes a baby grand piano. The spacious dining room accommodates 8-9 guests. Our well-equipped kitchen features a granite island, a dining table and south-facing windows with plenty of natural light. Relax in the family room, with its two-story ceiling and ample sunlight, which leads out to a sunny south-facing patio.<br /><br />UPPER LEVEL<br /><br />Rest easy in our four large bedrooms, each furnished with comfortable beds. The master bedroom, situated at the front, includes a king bed, its own walk-in closet room and en suite bathroom. The rear bedroom is composed of two spaces and a walk-in closet - one with a queen bed and the other a twin bed for lounging/sleeping and a TV with seating. The other two spacious bedrooms have comfortable queen beds, one with a desk.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests will be able to access the entirety of the main floors of the house. Guests also have access to an outdoor patio, though they should note we are in the process of redesigning our backyard to be more drought friendly with eco drought tarping over the next few months.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />This is a quiet, family neighborhood. While we want you to enjoy your stay we kindly ask that you do not host parties in our home with additional guests. We also ask that no more than 8 people, including children over the age of 12, stay overnight and a quiet atmosphere is observed from 10 pm - 7 am. <br /><br />We generally prefer that no children under 12 years old stay in our home.<br /><br /><b>Registration Details</b><br />2023-007630STR
