Roku TV, wifi.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />This is an historic craftsman duplex home in a quiet area, with a big front porch (has a nice swing). We live in the downstairs unit, and you will have the separate upstairs unit to yourselves, accessible by its own door and a stairway. There is ample street parking.<br /><br />It's a short walk to our little town, with many restaurants including Thai, Chinese, Italian, Mexican, a pub, a breakfast/lunch place and coffee shops. Of course with our full kitchen you can cook for yourself! If you don't want to drive you can live nicely in town, or take public transportation including a nearby ferry to San Francisco.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You have a private entry with stairway to the 2nd floor flat.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Bring your streaming passwords (Netflix, PBS, HBO etc) for logging into the Roku TV.<br />You'll need to be able to walk up to the 2nd floor. <br />No smoking or vaping.<br />No pets allowed.
