Very convenient. Parking in the neighborhood is also not so difficult (watch the signs though to avoid tickets).<br />★ To/From Airport - Uber and Lyft apps are your best bet if not renting a car from airport (should be about $50 each way).<br /><br />Getting around<br />Parking (it is better in this neighborhood vs other SF neighborhoods. if you drive around a few streets, can find parking)<br />★ Street parking is free on weekends (starting Friday 4p to Monday 11a) and evenings (after 4pm) (be aware of street cleaning days though)<br />★ During the week daytimes, street parking is 2hours between 11am and 4pm.<br />★ Alternatively, there is free street parking 24/7 within 5 min walk starting on 14th avenue.<br /><br />Car Rentals (in the neighborhood)<br />★ We have a number of neighborhood rental options including Kyte & SilverCar (they deliver & pick up the car from our front door so you don’t have to worry about parking at all!), GetAround and Turo that provide options for about $30-50/day for all vehicle types.<br />★ There is also an Enterprise Rent-a-Car location on Geary which is 3 blocks away.<br /><br />Uber/Lyft/Wingz<br />★ it is generally a $50 trip from SFO. $15 to Market Street/Union Square.<br /><br />Bus (Get a Clipper Card or use Apple/Android Wallet for discount trips)<br />★ The 38/38R bus stop (2 min walk) is the most frequent bus line in San Francisco (one comes every 5 minutes). It can take you to Union Square, Ferry Building, Embarcadero, and Japantown. <br />★ The 28 bus line (5 min walk, comes every 10 min) can take you to Fisherman's Wharf, the Marina, Golden Gate Bridge, and the beach.<br />★ 31 Balboa- 5 min walk<br />★ 5 Fulton- 8 min walk<br />★ 2 Clement- 5 min walk<br />★ 1/1AX California - 8 min walk<br /><br />Walking, Running & Cycling<br />★ Walking and cycling are very popular to Clement Street Shops and Restaurants, Golden Gate Park (larger than Central Park!) and the Presidio.<br />(Bikes can be rented from Sports Basement for $100/weekend and $200/week. We love them and they love us.<br />- 32 stairs up from the front door to the top floor home, which is common for flats in San Francisco.<br />- In SF, it is not typical to have A/C due to our temperate and cool climate. "Karl the Fog" is our natural air con. He usually comes through once a day to the Inner Richmond. We also provide box fans that can be placed in windows that quickly cool down the hottest days.<br />- Cleaning- the fee is to cover a full sanitization between stays for guests' health and safety.<br />- The 5th bedroom is accessed through one of the two bedrooms<br />- Using the living room converts the space to a 4th bedroom.<br /><br /><b>Registration Details</b><br />STR-0007156
