Located steps from MUNI bus and train stops, getting around town couldn't be easier. If you do have a car, another favorite amenity is free onsite parking! Please note the owner/caretaker apartment is on the ground floor of the home, you will hear muffled conversation when the unit is occupied.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />This charming home in the historic Lakeside District is light filled, cozy and brimming with special amenities. Comfort and ease await as you gather here with friends or family to visit San Francisco. In the fully equipped chef's kitchen you will find the pantry stocked with spices, oils, coffee and tea. Discover the additional baker's pantry with all the tools and ingredients needed to satisfy your sweet tooth. Set a beautiful table and the mood with a curated collection of tableware and decor.<br />Upstairs you will find respite and privacy in the two well appointed bedrooms and two full baths. The primary bedroom has an office and the full bath ensuite.<br />Discover the beauty of the back garden where you will want to nap or lounge under the magical Matyen tree or enjoy evening libations around the fire pit.<br />The surrounding neighborhood with its tree lined streets and white picket fences is quiet and walkable to parks, public transit and shopping. On nearby West Portal Avenue you’ll find numerous restaurants, shops, bars and essentials. A few blocks to the west is Stonestown Mall which contains a large movie theatre, Whole Foods, Target, Trader Joe's and many other shops.<br />The home is a 15 minute train ride from the city center. Free onsite parking for one vehicle is available for the duration of your stay with level 2 charging for your EV (you must bring your own cable). Ample street parking is also available. An exterior security camera is located at the front door, a ring doorbell. There are no security cameras inside the home.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />The garden and patio are shared spaces and are available for your use at any time. As you enter and exit the property, please be sure the gates are closed. The gas fire pit is available for your enjoyment. Please message me when you would like to use it and allow me to turn it on for you.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Please be aware the owner/caretaker apartment is on the ground level of the home but separate from the main house with its own private entrance.
