Welcome to our charming guest suite on top of Bernal Heights Hill with stunning views! Located in this vibrant, charming, and super safe neighborhood, this spacious suite is perfect for your SF adventure. It is a private studio space on the ground floor separate from the main house with an ensuite bathroom, a separate entrance through the garage, and exclusive access to a beautiful garden, and free parking right outside of the house.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The studio features an en suite bathroom, a queen-size bed, a sitting and dining area, a convertible couch bed that expands to twin size (please note that the couch shown in the photo here has been recently replaced with a new larger & longer one in a similar style for the comfort of the additional guest), and a private full bathroom. It has exclusive access to a lovely secret garden with seating!<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests will access the studio through the garage using the keypad. There is exclusive access to the garden through the back door of the suit. Please note that the stairs to the garden are very steep so please do not go to the garden if you are not comfortable with heights or stairs. You can see the garden from your studio regardless!<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />The studio comes with a mini fridge, hot water kettle, and coffee maker. It is not suitable for cooking. There are so many good food options around here so there's no need to cook! But if you'd like to use the microwave or other kitchen stuff, just let me know and I'm happy to help with our kitchen upstairs when we are around!<br /><br /><b>Registration Details</b><br />STR-0007736
