Centrally located in Marin: minutes to downtown San Anselmo, San Rafael, and Fairfax, easy access to Marin trails and beaches, ~ 1 hour to SF, Sonoma and Napa.<br />Please respect our house rules:<br />No children aged 2-18 (infants welcome).<br />No Pets/Service Animals due to allergies.<br />Max 6 people on property at any time.<br />No Smoking/Vaping inside or outside on the property.<br />No Events or event prep.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The Layout & Bedrooms<br /><br />- Main House: Features a master en suite bedroom and a second guest room/office with a full bathroom directly across the hall.<br /><br />- Detached Pool Cabana: Located at the opposite end of the pool for maximum privacy. Includes a bedroom, full bathroom, microwave, mini-fridge, electric kettle, heating, and AC. (Note: No closet or additional storage in the cabana).<br /><br />Living & Dining Spaces<br /><br />- This is our primary residence and is fully furnished with high-quality furniture, art, and an extensive collection of live plants. It is designed for respectful relaxation, not parties.<br /><br />- Every room features large windows offering panoramic views of the Bay, Mt. Tam and San Rafael and San Anselmo downtowns.<br /><br />- Dedicated dining room seats six.<br /><br />- Galley kitchen is fully equipped with premium appliances and everything a home cook needs.<br /><br />- High-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property and a dedicated workspace with adjustable desk and office chair.<br /><br />Patio<br /><br />- Private, spa-like patio featuring a swimming pool and hot tub. (The pool is NOT heated but features a motorized cover and when covered while not in use it passively heats from the sun.)<br /><br />The patio includes lounge chairs, sun umbrellas, a dining table with seating for 6, and bar seating for 4 on the deck.<br /><br />Parking<br /><br />- Off-street dedicated parking with a covered carport, universal EV charger, and driveway space for several cars. (There is NO overnight street parking without a permit.)<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests can access all rooms with the exception of one locked room for owner storage and one external locked storage area.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />This is our personal residence so it is a fully furnished house with personal items in it - not a cleared out vacation or rental home.
