Your dedicated entrance through the garage leads you into this modern, welcoming retreat. The space opens into a spacious living area, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring, and features a sleeper sofa ideal for additional guests. The adjacent kitchen is equipped with a sleek marble island and every detail, from the new appliances to the elegant fittings, has been thoughtfully chosen.<br /><br />This suite features two comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts French doors that open onto a private deck, while the second bedroom offers a quiet space for guests or children. We provide a selection of kids' toys, which many of our visiting families appreciate. If you won't be needing them or would prefer they be removed, simply let us know prior to your stay. Our garage is compact and used for storage; therefore, guest parking in the garage is not guaranteed. However, we may be able to accommodate one small vehicle. If you require garage parking, please inquire with us before booking to discuss your vehicle's dimensions and confirm availability.<br />- Street parking is hassle-free in this quiet residential neighborhood. It is fully self-contained with its own entrance, living area, kitchen, two bedrooms, and a private bathroom.<br /><br />Privacy: The suite is separated from our family's upstairs residence by a door, which closes for your privacy and should be kept closed during your stay.<br /><br />Shared Spaces: While your unit is entirely private, the backyard and the washer/dryer (located in the garage) are shared with our family. A family with children, so you may hear the joyful sounds of a home, but we are mindful of providing you with a peaceful stay.
