If you are thinking of visiting the beautiful sunny sea side of Monterey, our house is perfect for your family getaway. It's the last house in this neighborhood, perched on a small hill that is over looking an expansive sand dune and mountain ranges. Next to it is a sand covered hiking trail. We are 5-20 minutes drive from the most iconic beaches that would provide a fun-fill family picnic.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The house is upgraded with modern amenities in bathrooms and kitchen. With tall picturesque and windows, the house is well lit with all natural sunlight. The two rooms are spacious and open with high ceiling. Master bedroom is located on upstairs with queen bed and other room with full size bed and full bathroom are located on downstairs.<br /><br />Nothing can get the family together like a home cook meal in our well equipped kitchen or spending time reconnecting in our spacious, green and lush backyard.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Front door<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />There are some rooms will be locked during the guest stays.<br />Extra guests can use queen size air bed that is provided by the host.
