Welcome to your very hidden gem, close drive to SF! We can't wait for you to stay in our spacious 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home and be captivated by the breathtaking views. Our home is in a safe and quiet neighborhood that is centrally located and close to major freeways, SFO airport, shopping centers, in between the peninsula/south bay towns and San Francisco.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Bedrooms and Bathrooms:<br /><br />- Our home features four comfortable bedrooms, three of which with its own en suite bathroom, providing privacy and convenience for all guests.<br />- Three of the bedrooms feature queen beds, offering a luxurious and cozy sleeping experience. The fourth bedroom is perfect for friends or children, as it is equipped with two twin beds.<br />- In addition to the bedrooms, we also provide additional sleeping arrangements with a comfortable sofas in both the upstairs and downstairs family rooms. The sofa in the upstairs family room converts into a sofa bed for even more space.<br />- For larger groups, we have two air mattresses available, ensuring everyone has a comfortable place to rest.<br /><br />Living Spaces:<br /><br />- The home has two living spaces (one upstairs and one downstairs) - perfect for those traveling in large groups who want to have the option of creating more intimate gatherings while staying in the same home.<br />- Each living space is equipped with a TV featuring FireTV, allowing you to access popular streaming services and catch up on your favorite shows and movies during your stay.<br />- Additionally, we provide a collection of board games, perfect for a fun-filled evening with family and friends. We can't wait for you to gather around the coffee table to some friendly competition and laughter!<br /><br />Kitchen:<br /><br />- Our fully equipped kitchen is a haven for cooking enthusiasts! It features an electric stove, a full-size fridge and freezer, a Keurig coffee maker, a hot water kettle, a microwave, and all the essentials needed to prepare and enjoy a delicious home-cooked meal. Whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast or indulging in a gourmet dinner, you'll find everything you need at your fingertips.<br />- since it is an older home, to avoid the breakers to trip we ask to not plug in too many appliances in at once<br /><br />Dining:<br /><br />- Our home offers two dining areas, ensuring ample space for your group to enjoy meals together.<br />- On the top floor, you'll find a spacious dining area that comfortably seats 8 people. It's the perfect spot to gather for a family feast or share memorable moments over a group dinner.<br />- Additionally, there's another dining area on the lower floor that can seat 4, providing an intimate setting for smaller gatherings or casual meals.<br /><br />Laundry:<br /><br />- For your convenience, a laundry room with a washer and dryer is available, allowing you to pack light and keep your clothes fresh throughout your stay.<br /><br />Outdoor Space:<br /><br />- Step outside to discover our inviting outdoor area, complete with a furnished patio. Savor your morning coffee, soak up the sun, or enjoy an al fresco meal while taking in the beautiful surroundings.<br /><br />Work Station:<br /><br />- For guests who need to catch up on work, we provide a dedicated work station. The work station is equipped with a comfortable desk, a chair, and extremely fast fiber optic internet connection.<br /><br />Pet-Friendly:<br /><br />- We understand that pets are part of the family, which is why we gladly welcome well-behaved furry friends to our home!<br />- Please note that additional fees ($100/stay) may apply for bringing pets, and we kindly request that you inform us in advance about your furry companions.<br />- If the cleaners have to do extra cleaning after your stay due to your pet (hair, not picking up after your pet, etc..), there may be extra charges.<br /><br />Additional Amenities:<br /><br />- High-speed Wi-Fi (symmetrical 1Gbps speed) is provided throughout the property, ensuring you stay connected during your visit.<br />- Parking is available on-site for two vehicles, along with plenty of free street parking available. <br />- Our home is professionally cleaned before each guest's arrival, and fresh linens are provided.<br />- Please note that the home (like most homes in the Bay Area) does not have air conditioning installed.<br /><br /><br />**Take note that this property does not have AC. It is common for south sf properties to not have one since it is temperate weather so there is no need.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Feel free to make yourself at home and utilize any part of our space, with the exception of the garage, which is reserved for owner storage.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Important: <br /><br />Kindly exercise caution when entering our home as the brick steps leading to the entrance can be uneven in certain areas. Your safety is our top priority, so please take care while navigating this unique feature.<br /><br />Noise:<br /><br />Please note that due to our home's proximity to the SFO flight path, there may be occasional airplane noise. However, we have taken steps to ensure a peaceful and quiet environment inside the home. With our dual-paned windows and doors, the noise is significantly reduced when they are closed, allowing for a comfortable and tranquil stay.<br /><br />Cameras:<br /><br />There is a Ring doorbell camera installed by the front door of the home and Ring flood light cameras installed on each exterior wall of the house.<br /><br />Pet Policy:<br /><br />Our home is pet friendly but we ask that guests be mindful of keeping their furry companions off the furniture. The backyard can be used as a pet relief area, but please be sure to pick up any waste.<br /><br />COVID-19 Precautions:<br /><br />We take the health and safety of our guests seriously. Our cleaners follow Airbnb's COVID-19 safety practices and Airbnb's 5-step enhanced cleaning process to ensure that the home is properly cleaned, disinfected and sanitized prior to our guest's check-in.
