Whole Food's is a 2 minute walk. Can't beat the location of our home! Hot Tub, Kayaks, Bikes, Pack & Play, Stroller, High Chair, included! Not going to find a better location anywhere in South Lake! We are right next to everything in the city with great access to Heavenly, Hwy 50 and Pioneer Trail!<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />3589 Shirley Ave. (Bear Foot Lodge) is unique in the fact that we offer all recreational equipment, at no extra fee. Our cabin offers a touch of a unique western atmosphere with modern amenities and a view of the mountains.<br /><br />Conveniently located just below Heavenly Valley Ski Resort, 4 blocks to the beach, 3 blocks to fine restaurants, and walking distance to casino's, Heavenly Village and a shopping mall. A touch of the ol' west with modern décor. Included in your hideaway is a 43 inch HD TV, WiFi, Spa and Gazebo, built in stone BBQ, and a stone surround wood burning fireplace. All bedroom sets are new and have new queen size MEMORY FOAM bedding. For the summer months included are 2 Double Kayaks with hand tow and roof rack and 6 Bicycle's. The kitchen is fully operational with all the things needed for a long stay. All dishes, pots and pans, glasses are all new. Upgrades include: New bathroom floors, new shower door, new downstairs bed, new laundry floors and paint along with new laundry closet to hide water heater and heater, new blinds in upstairs, new bar stools and updated living room seating area.<br /><br />***For the kids, there is a PACK AND PLAY AND HIGH CHAIR in downstairs closet and a JOGGING STROLLER in the shed outside***<br /><br />***We do not supply the guests with firewood. We do not provide our guests with any food or cooking products. The home is fully stocked with all cooking and BBQ utencils. However, we often have essential spices, cooking oil, salt, pepper, and other items but we do not guarantee that these will be restocked on the property at all times. Guests are encouraged to see what is available at their time of arrival. Safeway (grocery store) is located within a mile of our home where firewood and groceries can be purchased. Further, the brand new Whole Food's Shopping Center is right behind our house and a 2 minute walk from our front door! Location Location Location!!!!<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guest will have access to the entire house which includes laundry facilities and outdoor equipment<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT<br /><br />The owners of Bear Foot Lodge do provide recreational equipment and use of spa at no additional cost to guest. Along with the recreational equipment owners supply safety equipment such as bike helmets and kayak Coast Guard rated live vest.<br />Guest are to wear safety equipment at all times while operating recreational equipment. Guest shall report any equipment that is faulty, need of repair or missing safety equipment. <br />Guest shall operate such recreational equipment and spa at their own risk and hold owners harmless now and in the future for any injury caused by negligent use, operating malfunctioned equipment, carelessness, operating in a manner that is not consistent with safety or consideration of the safety of others.<br /><br />By booking your stay you will abide by all of these rules. By booking your stay, the guest will not hold the host liable for any injury related to the use of the recreational equipment.<br /><br />I cannot stress this enough. If you are outside making noise after 10pm the cops will be called. I don’t know who calls them but there are a lot of homes in the neighborhood. They just started allowing renters again after it was overturned in court so people are going to be on edge. If the cops come, the cost is $1,000 fine for you and $1,000 for me. You will absolutely pay my fine. I am not paying the fine. We haven’t rented for 5 years because of the local law and we aren’t willing to just turn a blind eye to damages and fines. You will be held accountable. Don’t make noise after 10pm and don’t go in the hot tub after 10pm. Thank you kindly!
