At 2,600 ft, Waimea brings sunny days, cool mornings and nights, and occasional showers. Our studio is one bright, well-detailed room with a small bathroom—simple, comfy, and perfectly located for exploring town.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The Heart of Waimea is a gracious home arranged as private apartments for quiet vacation and work stays. Studio Apartment A is a very private, generously sized bedroom with a California King bed and a compact bathroom with shower—simple, spotless, and restful.<br /><br />You’ll have light kitchenette comforts: refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker with grinder, tea kettle, and an induction hot plate. A counter-height bar table with three stools and two chairs doubles as a dining nook or laptop perch. High-speed internet is included; note we do not provide a TV.<br /><br />Please review amenities and house rules before booking. Absolutely no commercial use is permitted—this specifically includes cooking or storage for food trailers and/or farmers-market operations.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Studio A has a private entrance near the residential street as well as a private patio with bench. The property has other outdoor parking spaces for the owner as well as garage parking for the owner. The lanai (not pictured) is not for guest use.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Studio A is for one or two guests only. Please note that the Studio A apartment shares a wall with the main home. You may hear us in the adjacent room. We're a quiet family of five. Quiet hours are 10 pm to 7 am. No smoking or vaping on the property. Our rental is in a residential neighborhood so please no parties, events, extra guests or visitors. Please, turn off outside lights and keep noise to a minimum at all times. Please be aware that most guests and neighbors sleep with windows open, so please close windows and doors or use headphones for video or music during quiet hours. We appreciate your consideration.
