There are cable televisions in the living room and bedroom. The condo is in a tall building with 37 floors. The 6th floor has pool, gym, bbq grill and tables, and lounges. There is a minimart in building. Covered parking structure can be accessed from elevator lobbies on multiple low floors. Maximum height for vehicles to enter parking structure is 6 feet.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests have access to all amenities on 6th floor (pool, gym, BBQ grill and tables, lounges).
