This unit may look larger in the photos but it is only a 236 sq ft studio apartment with a small kitchenette and full bath. Some people feel it's smaller in person than in the photos. <br /><br />Wake up every morning to the majestic Pacific blue ocean!! This modern studio perfect for 2 has a king size bed. Prepare your own meals with induction cooktop, microwave and mini refrigerator. The building sits across the street from wide variety of food trucks so there are ample places to eat as well. Unit is equipped with a window AC. On-site parking is available in the building for $50 per day, with a multi-day discounted rate of $45 per day. We use an excellent crew to keep our units clean and well maintained. Despite our best efforts to prevent pests with bi-monthly pest control services, we still see pests periodically as they're part of our Hawaiian tropical ecosystem. It is extremely rare to see them, but still possible.<br /><br />This unit is 236 sq ft and designed as a compact space. Photos may make it appear larger than it is in person.
