A pair of beach chairs, beach umbrella, a cooler, and pair of quick-dry beach towels all for your enjoyment at the beach.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Please note, snorkel gear is not provided due to liability reasons. Any snorkel gear in unit may have been left by previous guests. This unit is 236 sq ft and designed as a compact space. Photos may make it appear larger than it is in person. Due to the building’s construction, sound from adjacent units may occasionally be audible inside the unit.<br /><br />Living here on island our entire lives, we have seen pests occasionally in even the highest rated hotels, condos, malls and yes, even rental cars. We use an excellent crew to keep our units clean and well maintained. Despite our best efforts to prevent pests with bi-monthly pest control services, we still see pests occasionally as they're part of our Hawaiian tropical ecosystem. It is extremely rare to see them, but still possible. You can help us by throwing out leftover foods daily to avoid attracting pests.<br /><br /><br />PLEASE NOTE that the Hawaiian Monarch is a non-smoking building. We require all guests to follow the building's rules and regulations. This includes no smoking inside the unit, around the recreation deck, inside the garage and no parties or events. Smoking in designated smoking area or away from the building. Additionally, we ask that guests respect the quiet hours from 10pm to 7am as a courtesy to the building's residents. The building does not allow pets or parties.<br /><br />Window AC : newly installed inverter style which is a quieter model then previous model that guests said was noisy. New one is much quieter. <br /><br />Parking Note:<br /><br />Parking in the building is available for $45 per day (discounted rate).
