Our home is located in Hilo (Waiakea Uka) higher elevation cooler area. This agriculture neighborhood consists of 3 plus acre lots, farm animals and lots of pasture land. Our guest will enjoy a peaceful country like retreat stay. The studio is comfortable, spacious and bright. Full bathroom shower/toilet, full kitchen/dishes (see pictures). The studio has two sliding glass doors; main entrance overlooks the court yard/Lanai, other door opens to a balcony over looking three acres of pasture.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Our guest enjoy their stay in the studio is comfortable, spacious and bright. It has a full bathroom shower/toilet (bathroom is located in the studio). Its also equipped with full kitchen (see pictures for more details). The studio has two sliding glass doors; main entrance overlooks the court yard/Lanai, the other door opens to a balcony over looking three acres of pasture land. <br />In room amenities include: hair dryer, iron, iron board, stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, electric water kettle, French press coffee maker, all essential kitchen dishes, Wifi and smart TV. <br />Please note:<br />There is a meat processing facility on the property.
