But feel free to use as much as you need while staying with us. <br /><br />- Do not leave any items outside the door or hang items on the doorknob.<br />- Smoking is prohibited inside the condo.<br />- Events or parties are strictly forbidden.<br />- All guests must be over the age of 21 unless accompanied by an adult (over 25) who is present at all times.<br />- Do not rearrange the furniture. If you move anything, return it to its original place.<br />- Only toilet paper should be flushed down the toilet. Dispose of all other items in the trash.<br />- Regularly remove trash to assist the building in pest control. The trash room is on the same floor level at the very end of the hallway on each floor<br />- Pets are not permitted.<br />Above all, while we all love visiting the beach, please avoid bringing sand back to the unit. Sand is challenging for the cleaning staff to remove, and an additional cleaning fee may be charged if necessary. Your understanding in maintaining a pleasant environment for everyone is appreciated.<br /><br />There might be times when the condo needs to undergo mandatory routine pest control or AC service. You will see the notice posted on the elevator. Please accommodate these services only if your reservation falls on one of these dates. They shouldn't take too long.<br /><br />***Appliances: We strive to ensure that all appliances are in working order during your stay. In the rare event of a malfunction, we will make every effort to arrange for a repair or replacement as quickly as possible. However, we cannot guarantee an immediate resolution due to the availability of parts and technicians. Therefore, issues with appliances cannot be used as grounds for reimbursement or cancellation requests. Please proceed with your reservation only if you agree to this policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.<br /><br />*** Please note that the condo may occasionally experience water shutoffs for maintenance. These situations are beyond our control and typically last only a short duration. Additionally, power outages caused by the electricity company or local issues are also beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding, as these interruptions are usually temporary.<br />If the water is shut off for more than 7 hours a day, we will refund $80 for that day of your booking.<br /><br />*** Late check out <br />Some may need to delay checkout; the checkout time is strictly 11 am.
