Guests have their own private entrance and space.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Bedrooms: <br />The home features three bedrooms: two are furnished with king-size beds, while the third offers a queen-size bed.<br />Access to Washer and Dryer in the garage, and if you want an extra workout, there are few equipments to use in the garage to stay extra active. Guests enjoy the full main level of the house with their own private access. The downstairs is not accessible to guests and has its own private entrance on the side of the property where the owners live. <br /><br />Kitchen: <br />Fully stocked for a great meal cooking experience. Many gadgets and cooking options. Spices and oils. A big counter to enjoy and open space to have a conversation with everyone while cooking. <br /><br />Bathrooms: <br />Shampoo, conditioner and body wash <br />are provided. <br />Towels and toilet paper of course :) <br /><br />Living room: <br />Open and full of light with beautiful windows bringing in the trees and canyon view. <br />TV has multiple apps for your entertainment. You can use your accounts if you prefer. Or use available sign in to view direct. No cable TV, however, we’re sure you will not miss it with the Roku Channel which provides live programming. <br /><br />Patio: <br />Enjoy the sunrise or just relax out there. Furniture is provided to chill and listen to all the canyon wild life welcoming you.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests have access to main floor. Front Yard. Top Patio area with canyon view. No access to lower yard/patio or to lower level/floor/basement.<br />Guests can access garage and laundry area<br />Driveway for 2-3. Street parking is available but limited.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />There is Self-Check in. Instructions will be sent before arrival date.<br /><br />For the security of the owners and guests, this property has 4 outdoor cameras at each entry point, front yard and driveway.<br /><br />This is a house that has a cat living there when there are no guests. Do not rent if allergic to cats. <br /><br />We use fabric softener and Home scents.<br /><br />Guests have no access to lower level of the house. That is the owner’s space and it is locked. It may or may not be occupied at the time of the rental period. Guests have their own lock for complete privacy.
