To help ensure everyone has a smooth and enjoyable experience, here are a few simple guidelines:<br /><br />General Guidelines<br /><br />Please let us know how many guests will be staying.<br /><br />Smoking is not allowed inside the home, but if you wish to smoke, we kindly ask that you use the designated area in the backyard, away from windows and neighbors.<br /><br />We ask that guests refrain from using illegal substances or excessive alcohol. Light, responsible drinking is welcome!<br /><br />For everyone's safety and comfort, firearms, weapons, and aggressive behavior are not permitted.<br /><br />Our home is a peaceful, family-friendly space, and we appreciate your help in keeping it welcoming for all.<br /><br />Be sure to keep your personal belongings secure—though we hope you’ll feel at home, we’re not responsible for any loss or damage.<br /><br />Quiet hours are from 8 PM to 8 AM. Please help everyone get a restful night’s sleep by keeping noise to a minimum during those hours.<br /><br />TV, Kitchen & Trash<br /><br />Please place the TV remote in front of the TV and return all other remotes to their designated spots.<br /><br />We ask that you kindly clean and return any kitchen items to their proper places after use.<br /><br />When it’s time to take out the trash, please place it in a plastic bag and dispose of it in the blue/green bins, located on the right side of the house as you exit.<br /><br />Parking & Property Access<br /><br />Additional street parking is available on the right side of the house. Please park carefully and at your own risk.<br /><br />We don’t recommend parking on Winchester Boulevard, as it’s a busy road.<br /><br />Please take care when entering or exiting the property, especially if you're parking on the street.<br /><br />Note: Backyard is shared with the host. The host will access the backyard for maintenance.<br /><br />Guest & Pet Policy<br /><br />To keep things comfortable for everyone, no unauthorized guests or pets are allowed without prior approval.
