Aloha! The Hana Harvest Cottage is the perfect place to unwind and explore the beauty of Hāna and the surrounding area. Fully renovated and re-furnished including new modern appliances, new organic cotton mattress, WiFi, and upscale modern tropical decor you will feel pampered while nestled in nature. Perched at the level of the treetops, the birds-eye view of the surrounding trees and flowers can be seen from every window and especially enjoyed from the large lanai with beautiful ocean views.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The Hana Harvest Cottage provides authentic jungle living while being meticulously clean and modern. <br /><br />A flight of stairs leads you up to the cottage which has a large lanai, comfy couch and living room, fully-equipped kitchen, beautiful bathtub with a jungle view, and one bedroom with a king size bed. The living room and bedroom open to the large lanai so you can take in the beautiful views and fresh air while relaxing or enjoying your morning coffee or tea. <br /><br />You can feel free to explore this lush property—take photos of the tropical flowers and native plants, relax outside by the river (intermittently running) or sit on the overlook and enjoy the ocean view.<br /><br />We are a values-based business that supports local farmers and artisans, provides employment opportunities for Hana residents and employs sustainable and regenerative management practices on our land. <br /><br />Please note our house rules and policies:<br />1.Quiet hours from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., during which time the noise from the short-term rental home must not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors. Sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries during non-quiet hours must not be more excessive than would be otherwise associated with a residential area.<br />2. Amplified sound that is audible beyond the property boundaries of the short-term rental home is prohibited.<br />3. Vehicles must be parked in the designated onsite parking area and must not be parked on the street.<br />4. Parties or group gatherings are not allowed.<br />5. Guest may not charge electric vehicles on property<br /><br />In the cottage we provide guests with:<br />A STARTER of each : body soap, shampoo/conditioner, hand soap, toilet paper(3), paper towels(1) and dish soap. There is a large staircase outside that goes from the covered car port to the front door, where you will find a key-code lock box with the keys inside for access to the cottage.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Please note that the taxes collected on this rental (which are included in the total booking price) include both the general excise tax as well as a transient accommodations tax.
