This is the Big Island at its most unhurried.<br /><br />Sleeping arrangements<br />Three bedrooms accommodate up to 8 guests across 5 beds, giving families and small groups room to spread out and rest easy. Each bedroom carries gentle island character - woven textures, natural hues, and a calm that mirrors the landscape outside. The master suite includes a bathtub for long soaks after days on the coast, while the remaining rooms offer comfort and privacy for restful nights.<br /><br />Living spaces<br />The open living area flows naturally onto the lanai, blurring the line between indoors and out. Settle into the airy seating space together, or drift outside to catch the rustle of the palms. Air conditioning and ceiling fans keep things comfortable through the warmth of the day, and high-speed WiFi keeps you connected whenever you need it.<br /><br />Kitchen & dining<br />The full kitchen is equipped for everything from quick breakfasts to unhurried group dinners. You'll find a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and cooking basics - pots, pans, oil, salt, and pepper - all on hand. The adjacent dining area is a natural gathering point after days spent along Waikoloa's coastline.<br /><br />Everyday comforts<br />A washer and dryer make longer stays easy, and essentials including towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper are provided. A dedicated workspace and WiFi are available when focus is needed, and a TV offers an easy wind-down after sunset.<br /><br />Outdoor living & shared amenities<br />Within the Hali'i Kai community, a pool, gym, and on-site restaurant sit within tropical landscaping across 29 acres along Waikoloa's Beach Course. Scenic walking trails, ocean excursions, and the area's dining and shopping options are all close by - with the property listed as waterfront, the Pacific is practically at your doorstep.<br /><br />Good to know<br />A minimum stay of 3 nights applies for most dates, with a 5-night minimum from December 26 to January 2. Self check-in is available with building staff on-site 24 hours a day. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are also welcome.
