A Bosch washer & dryer are provided in your unit for your convenience, so feel free to pack light. You will have the choice of centralized air- conditioning or opening your lanai doors and enjoying the fresh breezes of Oahu. This stay will truly provide you a unique and relaxing experience. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, the second bedroom features a queen bed, and the third bedroom includes two twin beds. Additionally, there is a sleeper sofa in the living room.<br /><br />A signed rental agreement is required to check-in. It will be sent to you by e-mail to review, sign, and return before you arrive.<br /><br />CANCELLATION POLICY<br /><br />1. Cancellation Window: Cancellations made within 45 days of the scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of your deposit, unless the rental time is successfully re-booked at the same rate.<br />2. Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unexpected changes to your travel plans.<br />3. Rescheduling Policy: Any changes to your reservation within 45 days of the arrival date will be considered a cancellation.<br />4. Non-refundable Transaction Fees: Please note that credit card transaction fees are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
