With easy step by step keyless entry and self check in, our guests can arrive at anytime. We wanted our check out process to be as easy and relaxing as our check in, so we don't ask you to do any tasks upon check out. Our only ask is to kindly check out at 10:00am :)<br /><br />The unit is located at Kuilima Estates East and is walking distance to the Turtle Bay Resort and Spa. It is close to walking trails, beaches, restaurants and the world famous Palmer Golf course. The unit also comes with one assigned parking stall for a rental car. <br /><br />Please note:<br /><br />The condo has its own private pool within the community, along with a charcoal BBQ pit and tennis courts right outside the front door. It's about a 2 min drive to the resort or 10 minute walk. You will have access to the Turtle Bay Resort pool bar, pool restaurant, resort property and all other restaurants, however the cabanas at the resort and the Turtle Bay Resort pool are reserved for hotel guests only. If you would like to purchase a day pass to enjoy the cabanas and pool, please contact the resort concierge directly. They can set that up for you!<br /><br />PLEASE NOTE:<br />Hawaiʻi is a tropical paradise, and with that comes the occasional gecko or insect—especially during rainy winter months.
