No parties, noise outside after 9PM.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Welcome to this beautifully spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home, where both indoor and outdoor living areas invite you to relax and unwind with family and friends. The interior boasts ample space for gathering, while the outdoor areas feature a private pool and spa, all nestled within a lush garden oasis.<br /><br />Two of the bedrooms are equipped with attached bathrooms, providing added convenience, and the fourth bedroom offers a king bed along with a cozy futon couch, making it perfect for accommodating larger groups. You'll also enjoy three inviting outdoor decks, ideal for lounging or dining al fresco under the sun.<br /><br />One of the highlights of this property is its prime location. Just a short one-minute stroll away is the renowned South Maui Gardens food truck park, a culinary paradise featuring a variety of delicious options. The stunning Kamaole beaches are also within easy reach—less than a 10-minute walk—while a smaller, more secluded beach is conveniently located directly across the street.<br /><br />For your beach outings, the home comes equipped with everything you need for a perfect day by the ocean, including beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and a wagon to haul it all. Additionally, paddle boards and boogie boards are provided for your enjoyment, making it easy to explore the beautiful waters nearby. This property is truly a perfect getaway for groups looking to explore the best of Kihei while enjoying spacious and comfortable accommodations!<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Entire home, pool, and spa are all private.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Maui County & House Rules<br /><br />Be considerate to your new neighbors! Keep outside noise down especially during quiet hours. Maui law prohibits noise after 10PM and before 8AM.<br /><br />There are 4 parking spaces on the property, do not park on the street.<br /><br />Lock doors when leaving for the day.<br /><br />Clean any spills up immediately.<br /><br />Do not sit on furniture in wet swimsuits or with suntan oil on.<br /><br />Wash all sand off before entering the building using the hose in front of the house. Sand will clog drains, you will be responsible!! <br /><br />POOL HOURS 8AM to 9PM - Remember you are in a neighborhood where people work & go to school early.<br /><br /> Do not leave trash around, this will attract bugs.<br /><br /> Do not flush sanitary products down the toilets .<br /><br />Please turn off lights and fans while out to conserve energy and the thermostat to 76 if you are leaving for an extended period of time. Our electric costs are the most expensive in the US.<br /><br />No Smoking in the unit<br /><br />Let us know within 24 hrs of any problems, broken items etc. after that you are responsible.<br /><br />Trash collection is Friday & Tuesday mornings. Our trash bin is located in front of the house to the right. <br /><br />Help keep Maui beautiful by recycling. The recycling center is on the ocean side of the Pi’ilani Highway on Welakehauo.<br /><br />Extra trash must be taken to the recycling center otherwise there will be a $25 charge for extra trash left.<br />IF DOORS & WINDOWS ARE LEFT OPEN, A/C WILL NOT WORK. AC set to 71-74, call if you want it cooler, extra charge may apply.<br /><br />DO NOT leave pool toys in pool after use. Toys left in may cause filter to burn out if sucked in skimmer. <br /><br />We spray for insects every month. However, we are in a tropical paradise whereinsects are prevalent, so don’t be alarmed if you see bugs or Geckos. Geckos are considered good luck and eat the bugs.<br /><br />Please do not leave any food out on the counter as it will attract ants and bugs.<br /><br />Checkout Procedures:<br /><br />Checkout time is 10AM <br /><br />Please start a load of towels (dry if you can!), you don’t have to fold them. We understand this may be inconvenient but it’s necessary so that we can have the home clean before the next guests arrive. <br /><br />You can leave any food there, the cleaners will take care of that.<br /><br />Start dishwasher<br /><br />Turn off all lights AC and fans.<br /><br />Please do not move furniture around as there will be a charge to move it back.<br /><br />Close and lock all doors.<br /><br />Please, check your car for any items that are supposed to remain at the house.<br /><br />$50 Lost key charge for the safe <br /><br />Make sure all pool toys are out of pool before leaving.<br /><br />If property is left unusually dirty, i.e. spills not cleaned, soil spots on carpet or furniture or trash left everywhere, there will be extra cleaning fees.<br /><br />Parents, you are responsible for your children, any damage will be deducted from your damage deposit.<br /><br />MAUI COUNTY GUIDELINES<br />QUIET HOURS ARE FROM 10PM TO 8AM FOR ALL LICENSED VACATION HOMES. We are located in a residential neighborhood and all guests must be aware and respectful of our neighboring properties at all times. Noise carries at night so all outside activities, pool use, sitting outside on the deck talking must be taken inside after 10pm. Please be sure ALL members of your group are aware of the quiet hours and<br />abide by this rule that the county has set for us. If we get any complaints about noise after 10pm you may be asked to leave immediately with no refunds.<br /><br />Our home is inspected before and after guests leave, you are responsible for any and all damage or missing items that may occur. Make sure you let us know within 24 hours of arrival if anything is wrong or not working.
