We take pride in providing a clean and welcoming space for our guests.<br /><br />🌺 Relax & Unwind: Enjoy plumeria tree views from the lanai (balcony) while sipping your morning coffee or evening cocktail. Stay cool with air conditioning after a day of island adventures. The studio also features strong WiFi and a big-screen TV with cable.<br /><br />🍽️ Kitchenette Includes: A mid-sized fridge, microwave, electric skillet, coffee maker, toaster, and blender—everything needed for a simple meal or reheating leftovers from the many nearby restaurants.<br /><br />🏊‍♂️ Amenities:<br /><br />Pool & spa on-site + BBQ area (hours posted).<br />Coin/App-operated laundry ($2.50 per wash/dry).<br />Free parking (permit issued at check-in). Hawaii has banned sunscreens with oxybenzone and octinoxate. We recommend mineral-based sunscreens with non-nano zinc oxide or titanium dioxide.<br /><br />Avoid: Oxybenzone, Octinoxate, Parabens, Phthalates, and others listed.<br /><br />Use: Non-Nano Zinc Oxide or Titanium Dioxide in a natural base.<br /><br />Local brands we love: Little Hands Hawaii & Coco Aloha.<br /><br />Mahalo for caring for the 'aina and moana.<br /><br />The Kona Islander Inn recycles HI5 bottles and cans.<br /><br />Bugs: While our space is professionally treated, occasional insects are a part of island life. Common sightings may include cockroaches, ants, mosquitoes, centipedes, moths, and even the rare scorpion.
