E komo mai (Welcome) to our studio, a blend of modern retreat and island charm. Located in a quiet neighborhood, conveniently just off Ali’i Drive, making it the perfect location if you love walking, biking or running or to catch the trolley into town and access to some of the best beaches, shops and restaurants in Kona. Our space is best suited for couples, solo traveller’s and small families.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The studio is cozy and well equipped, whether you are looking to make coffee or a meal, you will find your needs are met in our kitchenette. Relax on the futon leather couch that doubles as a second bed and take in a show on the Roku TV! Enjoy your morning coffee or BBQ some dinner on your private lanai, or take the provided boogie boards and beach gear to catch some waves in the sun!<br /><br />After a day on the town, sleep peacefully in the plush queen bed and enjoy the spacious shower with modern fixtures in the bathroom, and stay cool with powerful A/C. Take in the breeze on the lanai surrounded by tropical gardens and plants. <br /><br />The studio is located in a separate building from the owners, guaranteeing privacy and a quiet atmosphere, a private and shady parking space is provided beneath our beautiful banyan tree.
