You can see the ocean and get there by car in 5 minutes. There are 4 large fans on the lanai and a fan in each of the bedrooms to assist with the ocean breezes. <br /><br />Another gem, is the lovely newly remodeled granite kitchen with gas range, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. It is well equipped for cooking with rice cooker, blender, air fryer, toaster oven, coffee makers and grinder, utensils, pans, etc. Enjoy local foods from farmers markets and living like a local. It is a good kitchen for foodies!<br /><br />We just created a outdoor shower and a grill area off the lanai!<br /><br />We have reverse osmosis filtered water in the kitchen . We encourage you to bring your own water bottles to refill. Fred ran a lab at the University of Colorado and has tested the water. It’s good!<br /><br />In addition, we will supply growlers for you to fill with local beer.<br /><br />There are two bedrooms with queen size beds and overhead fans in each bedroom. Bedding is all cotton and washed in hot water with natural soap with no fragrance. <br /><br />The newly remodeled bathroom has a double shower and a built-in bench seat. Cotton towels, soap and shampoo are provided. <br /><br />The futon in the kitchen/living area will sleep two. Note that you have to walk through that area to go to the outside; it is not private. The space would be small for 5 adults. That number is the maximum. <br /><br />This Ohana space is the whole first level with high ceilings and all above grade. Private entrance. Private driveway and carport. Or you may park on the street above the lanai and walk down a short flight of steps to the lanai. <br /><br />There is a washing machine and clothesline for your use. It's very useful to dry your swimsuits and towels after a day at the beach.
