Come stay in our newly built cottage overlooking private pristine fern forest. Gorgeous golden hour sunsets pierce through ancient Ohia trees that radiate the endemic beauty here on the slopes of Hualalai. <br /><br />This property is centrally located on the Kona coast. All shopping, beaches, and dining are within a 5-mile radius. Conveniently located 15 minutes from the Kona Airport. After a long sunny day at the ocean, you can return to your cool and comfortable rainforest retreat.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The space you will be staying in has a main level and an upstairs loft area. The main level has the primary bedroom, kitchen, full bath, and living room. The loft area is set as a secondary bedroom where you will have to climb a ladder. Below the main level of the home is an enclosed storage area where the washer and dryer is located along with beach equipment that you can access. <br /><br />Outside there is a propane BBQ grill and a yard with a fire pit and seating.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You will be able to use the upper and lower levels of this cottage. The lower level is only to be used for laundry along with storing beach equipment that you will have access to. <br /><br />The larger home below is hidden by a privacy hedge. This is the main home and is not an area for guests to access.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />We are located in a private, serene community amongst the forest, and ask that you please keep noise to a minimum specifically during the hours of 10:00PM-8:00AM.
