Aloha and welcome to this unique & beautiful tropical paradise on the Big Island of Hawaii. Located in a prime location off of Ali'i Drive in Kailua-Kona, the Loft is a newly renovated, cozy, and private upstairs suite ideal for 2 guests, where you can relax and unwind after a long day adventuring around the island. Enjoy The Loft’s spacious interior (900+sf), natural décor, laid-back Hawaii setting, and epic sunset views from the private balcony!<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Situated on the upper level, the loft is part of a large family estate located in a private gated subdivision featuring a large bedroom & sofa/tv area, kitchenette, dining area, and bathroom with travertine shower and marble floors. Guests can enjoy sunset views from the private balcony or just relax in the swinging hammock.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Access to The Loft is up a flight of stairs (18-steps) as it is located above a garage and another happy tenant. Guests will have access to one parking space, and use of a shared Laundry Facility. We can only host 2 guests maximum, no exceptions.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Like many homes in Hawaii, The Loft will have occasional geckos and seasonal bugs that will enter. The Loft and grounds are treated regularly with green eco-friendly pest control, but this is a tropical island, so please keep that in mind.<br /><br />Please know there is NO A/C, but we do have multiple ceiling fans and ample airflow from morning and afternoon breezes. Also, there is not a dishwasher in the kitchenette. <br /><br />Due to our quiet, residential and private subdivision, and out of courtesy to our family and other tenants, no loud music, parties or invites of other guests are allowed at any time. The Loft however, is located amidst a larger family dwelling and so guests will hear the faint sounds of other people and two friendly dogs named Maple and Koa, who live on the property. <br /><br />The Loft is a smoke-free and drug-free space, and no pets are allowed.<br /><br /><b>Registration Details</b><br />TA-011-827-8144-01
