This property is nestled between the beach town of Kailua and is footsteps away from the ocean.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Whether it's a peaceful beach trip, a personal retreat, or an active adventure vacation, come to relax in a 290sqft studio with a full size bed, couch with a Queen sofa bed, smart tv, private shower, kitchenette, AC, ceiling fans, and high-speed internet. And after a long day at the beach, kick back and relax with your own outdoor shower and deck to enjoy!<br /><br />The Kailua Surf Shack is centrally located and is a 10 minute walk into town or a 5 minute walk to one of the top rated beaches in the world! You'll be able to enjoy quick proximity to Buzz's Steakhouse, water sports rentals, Kailua Town, Whole Foods, Starbucks, Target, and many locally owned places to dine and shop.<br /><br />1990/NUC-1822//43074056<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests will enter the property on the right side of the garage and walk along the path where they will come to their own private studio. Self check in is available.<br /><br />Private parking in front of the property.<br /><br />*POOL AREA PRIVACY: This space isn't included. We recommend guests take the opportunity to enjoy the close walk to one of the most famous beaches in the world.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />PETS: No pets of any size or breed are allowed. We have two pets of our own on the property.
