Ideal for singles or couples, with a sofa sleeper for a third guest if needed. The huge lanai across the front welcomes you to enjoy some ocean views and beautiful sunsets. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a coffee maker and French press for local ground coffee. We provide 4 sets of bath towels, beach towels, essentials to get you started (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, some toilet tissue) and clean linens at each check in. There is beach misc, chairs and cooler for your outdoor adventures. Please no smoking in or near the house. This property is a family residence to manage the coffee farm and B&B. The living areas are separate, each with their own entrance, parking and outdoor lanai, no spaces/amenities are shared.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Holualoa Ekahi has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, living area with a sofa sleeper, full kitchen, and washer/dryer. The lanai across the front of the house is the highlight, enjoy the outdoor atmosphere and views to the ocean. The house is yours to enjoy with ample parking right at your entry door.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />This home has a country, peaceful and private atmosphere. Holualoa does have roosters, mosquitoes and coqui frogs which you will hear at night, especially when it rains. Please no smoking in or near the house.
