Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Located on the relaxing north east shore of Oahu, you're a minutes walk across the street to a beautiful and uncrowded sandy beach. Or take a drive 15 minutes up the road to the world famous surfing beaches of the north shore. If you want to stay in a bit, no problem either. Completely redone in 2022, this one bedroom apartment has a light modern feel that makes it a pleasure to just hang around.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The guest house is on the first floor of our house and is about 700 sqft. You enter in the living room/kitchen where we have a fold out sofa bed (better for kids as it's your typical sofa bed), TV, butcher block counter tops that double as the table along with barstool chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics and if there's something extra you need, we're right next door and may have it.<br /><br />Continuing past the kitchen you enter the bedroom which has a queen bed and a hallway that has a big walk in closet with hangers and a dresser. After the closet you enter the bathroom with a shower, his and hers' sinks and plenty of storage for toiletries, etc...in addition to a closet with beach and bath towels.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You'll have full access to the guest house as well as access to our house garage where the washer and dryer are located.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />There's a bunch of outdoor activities nearby including hiking, surfing, kayaking rock jumping, etc...We have a few extra soft top surfboards which you're welcome to use whenever and have a grill that you're welcome to use also.<br /><br /><b>Registration Details</b><br />570090390000, TA-172-202-1984-01
