Tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac within a friendly family neighborhood, the space also offers a beautiful view of Mount Hualalai.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />This private ohana studio features its own entrance, AC, Wi-Fi, smart TV, and stereo. The kitchenette includes a 2-burner stove, microwave, toaster oven, fridge/freezer, coffee maker with grinder, and all cooking utensils. Complimentary coffee, tea, and sugar are provided, along with a built-in water filter for healthy drinking water.<br /><br />Guests enjoy free onsite parking, a shared laundry room, and all essentials, including sheets, towels, toiletries, hairdryer, iron, extra blankets, and hangers. For beach trips, take advantage of the provided chairs, umbrella, cooler, towels, Hydro Flasks, and ice packs (don’t forget reef-safe sunscreen!).<br /><br />The sleeping area has a queen bed, closet, and ample storage, including under-bed luggage space. We simply ask that you respect our home and fully enjoy your stay!<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Guests are welcome to relax and enjoy the front patio, complete with a table and chairs perfect for dining, morning coffee, or lounging in the sunshine. <br /><br />We kindly ask that you stay within this area and not explore other parts of the property.<br /><br />You also have access to the shared utility/laundry room, including a handy drying rack for wet beach gear, making your island adventures easy and convenient.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />You are visiting an island, home to many species of bugs and critters. <br />The home is on a professional treatment schedule, although very uncommon on the property, you may come into contact with bugs or critters.
