Wake to endangered Hawaiian monk seals and honu (sea turtles) resting on the sand. Nov–May, watch whales breach without leaving the property. The best learn-to-surf spot is here. My family's been on this island 40 years, I love sharing what makes Lahaina special.

The space
Queen bed + 2 convertible Serta twin beds (sleeps 3), full kitchen, central AC, private lanai with West Maui Mountain views & iconic Banyan Tree visible to your left. Recently renovated, coastal design. Beach towels, chairs & umbrella provided. Coffee setup: bring your favorite Nespresso pods or K-cups — there are usually some here, but shipping is inconsistent, so pack your own to be safe

Building amenities: beachfront with de-sand showers, pool, hot tub & 24-hour front desk. Learn-to-surf right here — Hi Surf Club & pop-up rentals next door. Snorkeling is beginner-friendly; water's shallow for a long way out.

Inside: I use this a few times yearly. My locked closet is mine, yours are fully yours. Gray quilted covers in the drawers work as day-use seat protection or mattress pads when you convert the Serta twins for sleeping. Especially if you are using self- tanner.

Guest access
Island Respect Matters:
Please rinse off at the outdoor shower & dry before entering the lobby. Lahaina is rebuilding; if you walk surrounding neighborhoods, keep phones tucked away. The community appreciates respectful visitors 💕

Other things to note
Front Street Fresh just opened a block away (M–F, 8am–1pm, weekends vary) — amazing breakfast burritos, burgers, smoothies & french toast. Look left from your lanai for the red rectangle. Coffee Stop is at Lahainaluna Rd & main road (local walk-up, food truck style) — go before 10am to beat the heat. It's a flat mile walk on the lower road; less highway-like. Starbucks is 1.8 miles.

☀️ Hydrate, wear a hat, use regular sunscreen (spray creates sticky residue & reef damage — mainland habit to skip). 🙂

Bring your favorite Nespresso pods or K-cups — there are usually some here, but shipping is inconsistent. Skip checked luggage; pack swimsuits, sarongs & laundry pods instead. We provide quick-dry beach towels plus bath towels, but heavy beach users may want extras. At $5.50/load, re-wearing saves money vs. baggage fees. Skip nightclub wear & dress shoes. Bring your first few meals & easy breakfast items — the real time saver is getting outside immediately instead of hunting groceries bleary-eyed.

Foodland Farms & Safeway are the closest grocery stores. Delivery: Safeway or Demming Delivers. Walmart + if you have it.

On cancelations- Please be aware that cancelations impact local workers especially hard here. They schedule ahead of time for property turnovers and many drive long distances with high gas prices. Even if you are just switching units within the building, they lose work since they are independent of the resort or unable to cover to the switched unit day due to driving.

It Matters: You're renting a place — one with real wildlife, history, and island culture. That's why people come back year after year. Mahalo for your support and caring of the the local economy.

Registration Details
460020070070, TA-099-540-7360-01
