Our condo is a 28 sq.m. one bedroom unit designed and furnished with great comfort in mind. We stay here when our family is in Manila. This property is similar in size and design with our other property, Stay Amare Green DLSU Kristina, in the same building.
The bedroom is furnished with a hotel quality full size bed with first class mattress protector, duvet, bed linens, and soft pillows. The living area is fitted with a first class sofa that can be converted into a full size bed.

Green Residences is a residential condominium standing in between LRT1’s Quirino station and Vito Cruz station. Its ground floor houses SM Savemore supermarket and various restaurants. A few steps away are Jollibee, Mc Donalds, Kenny Rogers, Tapa King, Starbucks, Bo’s Coffee, Mercury Drug, 711, Korean and Japanese restaurants, BDO and BPI banks among other establishments.
Individually programmed RFID cards are used for restricted condo access.
Parking is available at 5th parking floor. Overnight parking is P350.00.
We listed this property on Airbnb on 6 July 2018 and made it available starting on 20 July 2018.
A maximum of two registered guests can access for a fee the swimming pool area at any given time.
Our parking slot at the 5th floor can be used for a fee and with prior arrangement with the condo admin. Car registration documents should be emailed to me at least a day before check in.
The gym and study area are only for the exclusive use of the unit owners.
Our housekeeper, Sol, can be reached by mobile phone in case of emergencies. You can also call me or send me an SMS as I am based in Cebu. The front desk may not be able to help you should you need some assistance.
Green Residences is just right beside De La Salle University and a walking distance to College of St. Benilde, St. Scholastica’s College, St. Paul Manila, and Rizal Memorial Track and Football Stadium . It is located in between Quirino Station and Vito Cruz Station of LRT1. There are a lot of restaurants in the area. This condominium houses mostly students of De La Salle University.
Take LRT at Quirino or Vito Cruz stations to travel around Metro Manila. You may also use Grab cars and taxi cabs or Jeepneys.
Check in time is at 3PM onwards
Check out time is strictly until 11AM
Self Check-in. The RFID access cards corresponding to the number of registered guests can be retrieved at mailbox 2930 in the mailbox room behind the concierge at the lobby area.
Number of guests allowed entry. In the interest of safety and security, only registered and booked number of guests are allowed entry into the residential units. Each registered guest will be given the RIF access card to gain entry into the residential area. Each access card can only be used by one person.
Valid ID’s required. All booked and registered guests should email their valid government issued ID’s at least a day before check in and before a key box code is given.
