Perfect for a romantic couples getaway or for a fun filled family vacation!<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />ABOUT THE CONDO...<br />Welcome to Paki Maui unit #306!<br />This is a two bedroom, two bathroom unit that can accommodate up to 6 guests; the views are spectacular from this location. You will find two separate lanai's with sliding glass doors that provides a ocean view from almost every angle within the condo. Enjoy your meals al fresco or a sunset cocktail from your private oceanfront lanai's. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Please note that there is not an oven. You will find small appliances such as a coffee pot, toaster and blender; along with dishes, utensils and cookware to make your meals. <br /><br />Step into the master bedroom featuring majestic ocean views and access to your own personal lanai. It’s the perfect place to enjoy a good book or just relax after a long day in the sun. The master bedroom features a comfortable King size bed, 45 inch flat screen tv with an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom features a Queen size bed and the second bathroom provides a wall-in tile shower. The living area offers a full/queen size sleeper sofa.<br /><br />This unit does not have air conditioners, but there are ceiling fans and moveable fans in the rooms to help with air flow on those days with no trade winds. This unit also has a front screen door, you can leave your front door open which will also pull air through the unit. The unit provides free Wi-Fi, basic cable, and a basic "starter" set of kitchen and bath supplies. Once depleted it is up to the guests to get what they need for the remainder of the stay.<br /><br />ABOUT THE PROPERTY...<br />The tropical grounds of Paki Maui include a tranquil koi fishpond and waterfall, mango and banana trees, grassy lawns that overlook the beach and ocean, just perfect for sunbathing. Many guests' swim and snorkel right here, by utilizing the adjacent beach for entry. Other onsite amenities include a gated heated pool and Jacuzzi area with lounge chairs and also two gas BBQ grills in the pool/cabana area. You will also find charcoal grills in the grassy lawn area along with lounge chairs (Oceanside).
