Kiahuna Plantation seems more like beach bungalows than typical Hawaiian vacation condos. The architecture is reminiscent of the sugar cane plantation homes and the grounds it is built on. The beach seen in the listing, though not visible from our condo, is on the property and just a 4-minute walk down a tropical garden path. This fee will be requested prior to check-in.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />This charming one-bedroom condo is located on the ground floor, surrounded by tropical gardens and vibrant flowers, offering a serene and relaxing atmosphere. It comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests, featuring a plush king-size bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The spacious and open kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals at your convenience. Stay connected with complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, and enjoy entertainment with two flat-screen televisions with cable. The living room is also equipped with a brand-new AC unit (April 2025), ensuring a cool and comfortable environment during your stay. For added convenience, there’s an on-site self-service laundry room available for guest use. <br /><br />All of our guests have full privileges to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club located across the street. The fitness club includes the open-air exercise equipment room, tennis and pickleball courts, basket ball courts, fitness and yoga classes, and a family friendly pool with a kid slide.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Kiahuna Golf course is nearby for the golf enthusiast. Many of the other activities on Kauai speak to the nature lover. They include a variety of magnificent hikes to explore the Waimea Canyon or to discover the Na Pali Coast. There is sea kayaking, river tubing, sailing, boat rides for whale and dolphin watching, scuba diving, sea fishing, horseback riding, zip-line thrills, and nature photography walks.<br />Astonishingly beautiful botanical gardens and secret beaches are waiting for you to discover them. For those focused on relaxing fine spas and massages are available nearby.
