Our 3 bedroom 3 bath Hale faces East which allows for the wonderful tradewinds to blow through, and bring the island inside, it also provides for some spectacular sunrises off the front. AC, pool, hot tub, bbqs and gym.<br /><br /><br /><br /><br />Hawaii Tax ID: W67600797-01<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Our condo is an upstairs unit and features 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, a spacious covered lanai with seating for 6, along with central AC vented into the main living area-living room and kitchen, master bedroom, and 1 guest bedroom, plus the 3rd guest bedroom has a portable ac unit for added comfort, and ceiling fans in all bedrooms plus living room and in unit washer and dryer.<br />The kitchen is fully equipped and features granite countertops, stainless appliances, all the comforts of home and both a Keurig coffeemaker and a cuisinart (regular coffee maker) for morning coffee on the lanai.<br />The 4 sets of sliding doors off of the living and dining area and the master bedroom bring the island inside and open to the spacious covered lanai with dining seating for 6-perfect for catching those Rainbows, Sunsets and Tropical Breezes.<br />For entertainment there is a 42' flat screen with HD TV and dvd player along with a movie collection in the main living area, plus 2 flat screens in the guest bedrooms. The condo has WIFI should you desire to stay connected. <br />The primary suite features a king size bed, spacious bathroom with double sinks and counters, a large soaking tub and shower, and walk in closet.<br />Both guest rooms are outfitted with queen beds, flat screen tvs and private baths. <br />We take pride in our Hawaiian Hale and have outfitted it with all the amenities of home. And for your days spent exploring the beautiful beaches that surround the island, we provide beach towels and chairs, an umbrella, cooler and some beach toys. <br />Enjoy BBQ's by the pool and hot tub with waterfall features within the complex. or slip into the fitness center for a quick workout, both are located just steps from our condo.<br />Nearby there are walking trails throughout Princeville, along the golf course, to the shopping center, restaurants, beaches (Hideaways, Princeville and Anini) . The 1 Hotel is located 1 miles from The Plantation and is a beautiful place to grab a coffee on a walk in the am, or a cocktail and watch the sun set over Bali Hai. Or (our favorite) take a quick 7 min drive down to Hanalei Bay, a 2 mile crescent shaped beach where the mountains almost touch the sand, It is simply one of the most gorgeous beaches in the world.<br />The Plantation is one of the newest complexes in Princeville and our condo has everything you need for your stay in Paradise.<br />We are located approximately 28 miles from the Lihue airport on the North shore of Kauai.<br /><br /><b>Registration Details</b><br />540050230055, TA-112-143-5648-01
