Please be patient while parking into the garage due to narrow door and slope between the garage and road. The garage should be able fit typical sedans, mid-size SUVs and minivans.<br />Tips: back in. Align the vehicle straight to the marking lines on the garage floor using backup camera, then slowly back into the garage.<br /><br />Additional guest parking near entrance gate has limited spots. Our check-in time is after 4 PM and check-out time is by 11 AM. Early check-in is Okay to drop off luggage in the garage after 12 PM. But since we need to make sure we have enough time to clean the house, we won't agree to any late check-out.<br /><br />2. No loud music or parties. No gathering outside past 10 PM - this is strictly enforced. The neighbors are sensitive and will not hesitate to call the police with the slightest disturbance. If the neighbors complain, we will have to ask you to leave the property WITHOUT A REFUND.<br /><br />3. Maximum occupancy of 8 people (including children and infants) shall not be exceeded at any time in this property. This is strictly enforced with the exterior security cameras near the entrances and garage. If the neighbors complain, the city of South Lake Tahoe VHR fines begin at $1000 per citation per renter without warnings.<br /><br />4. Load and run the dishwasher before you leave the house, or wash it with soap.<br /><br />5. BBQs are not allowed in this community anymore.<br /><br />6. Help put the garbage bins out of the garage for the garbage pick-up by 7:00 AM on Monday (if you're staying).<br /><br />7. For safety reasons please do NOT rearrange or disassemble furniture. Guests will be charged for any missing or damaged household items.<br /><br />8. Avoid placing items with excessive sand, rocks, mud, or any other debris into the washer or dryer. Damage caused by such debris<br />will result in additional charges to your stay. Please clean the dryer's lint filter before each use to maintain safety and efficiency.<br /><br />9.
