A closet or two may be locked for the owner's belongings.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />This home has comfortable sleeping and dining for 9 people for families including children. It can host no more than 9 adults.<br />- You must be 25 years of age or older to book this home. The person booking this home must be one of the guests during the entire stay.<br />- The City of South Lake Tahoe Vacation Rental Ordinance mandates quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and are strictly enforced.<br />- The maximum number of cars allowed at this home is 2, with 1 in the garage and 1 in the driveway. There is no parking on street or unpaved yard. You may park in extra ‘guest spaces’ of Tahoe Woods.<br />- Exceeding occupancy, parking, or violating the quiet hours will result in eviction and fines of $2000 or more.<br />- Check out time is 10:00am, you will be charged an additional fee if you do not vacate the home by this time. (See our Rental Agreement for specifics on charges).<br />- Our RnR Advantage Plan is included within the management fee quoted in your booking. This plan protects you against accidental damage up to $1,000.<br />- No weddings, events, or bachelor/bachelorette parties<br />- IMPORTANT: Your reservation requires a completed and signed rental agreement. It will be provided when you book your stay and must be returned within 48 hours.
