The living room has two huge sliding doors which open up to a deck leading to the pool and BBQ area in the backyard. <br /><br />There are 3 bedrooms. There are 2 full and 1 half bathrooms.<br /><br />The main bedroom has a large screen tv. The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a jetted tub, double vanity, shower and toilet. The second bathroom has a single vanity, shower and toilet. There is a laundry room with the latest high capacity washer & dryer.<br /><br />The garden is fully landscaped and ready to enjoy. The pool is heated for year round enjoyment.<br /><br />**We do not allow parties or events to comply with local ordinance and airbnb rules**<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You will have access to the whole home and yard.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Yard and pool maintenance occurs weekly. Our professional service crew will access the backyard / pool through the side gate.
