Situated in the desirable neighborhood on top of Potrero Hill, you will be conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and public transportation, making it the ideal home base for exploring or working from San Francisco.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />The property features a 477 square foot studio, tucked away on the ground floor of a two family home, facing a quiet backyard and view of Twin Peaks. You will get a lot of light during the day and beautiful sunsets to enjoy in the evenings. <br /><br />The kitchenette is overlooking the beautiful, shared garden and complete with black countertops and all the necessary appliances for cooking meals during your stay. A dining/work from home area is located by the kitchen and has patio doors that can be opened up to let in fresh air and natural light.<br /><br />The living area is spacious and comfortable, with a couch, wall mounted TV and a big swivel sofa chair. The bedroom cubby is cozy and provides a comfortable, relaxing and dreamy sleeping area. It has shelves built into the backwall that allow you to put your stuff down and plugs to charge e.g. your phone. The full bath is updated with a sleek and chic look, featuring a great shower for a refreshing start to your day.<br /><br />A walk-in area with big closet space is also available to store your belongings and keep your space tidy. The patio offers beautiful views of the shared garden and hills, providing a serene and picturesque environment to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail.<br /><br />Overall, you can expect a comfortable and stylish space with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You will have the whole studio with en-suite bathroom and kitchen on the ground floor to yourself. Check-in is self-service with a keypad, providing you with flexibility and independence. Your keyless private entry to the studio is located inside the garage. The only shared spaces are garage and backyard. Upper floors are off limits. <br />If you require an early check-in or late check-out, you can simply ask and arrangements may be possible. We can also store your luggage for you before check-in or after checking out for later retrieval.<br /><br />Ample and non-restrictive street parking is available for guests, except during street cleaning hours. There is no parking available inside the two-family home.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Noise:<br />Even though your studio is completely private and separate, it is in the same building as our and our neighbor’s living space upstairs. <br />*We ask you to please respect the house rules and to not blast music nor the TV. <br />The walls are thin and even though the studio is very quiet, you may hear some muffled sounds or footsteps transmit from the upper floor.
