Walk through the Red Japanese Arch gateway, turn right and see the small sign Air BnB. Turn left and input a lock code at the red gate (Door code will be sent to the guest 3-5 days prior to arrival). Walk along landscaped fence and a building to the back patio. Turn left and go towards the red French Door. At the door input a code to enter the Home. Please lock the door inside for security and privacy. There is a light switch on the door left to turn the light at night to facilitate the access. Please make sure to turn it off when the door is unlocked. You can also turn the light off by the switch inside.<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />1. We provide one free parking for guest, please use the stall next to the striped area adjacent to the handicap parking if it is not occupied.<br /><br />2. Sometimes when you use hair dryers and it may trip the Pond and hairdryer breaker. You can reset that in a laundry room panel if you know how to do it, otherwise please call us and we will be happy to guide you.<br /><br />3. A/C control is in front office. Temperature is set around 72 degree. However, we can remotely change the temperature to your liking after you checking in.<br /><br />4. This is a non smoking Property inside and outside. <br /><br />5. For safety and garden preservation, the property is best suited for adults and older children. Pets are not permitted due to the koi pond and landscaped gardens.<br /><br />6. Parties are not allowed.<br /><br />7. There will be no late check out, as we need time for our cleaning crew to do the scheduled in advance cleaning service for the next guest.<br /><br />8. Check in from 4:00PM, Check out by 11:00AM
