The Garden Lookout is a cozy comfortable space and enjoys a beautiful garden view. The garden is shared with me and my other guests. <br />The Garden Lookout has a small fridge, microwave, tea kettle and coffee maker. No cooking. No pets. <br />There are cats in the garden. They do not go inside my Airbnbs.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />I have Enterprise Grade WIFI 802.11ac Wave2 MU-MIMO with a gigabit synchronous fiber uplink from Sonic, and dedicated access points in the Garden Pavilion. You will be sharing the garden with me and other folks so respect of it as a quiet space is very much appreciated. I love in the home.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />Parking close by can be challenging- my block has 2 and 4 hour parking limits 8AM Monday- 10PM Saturday.
