Private garden level retreat in SF with private bathroom, wet bar/kitchenette, living area, and plush Queen-sized bed which comfortably fits 2 adults.<br />Property located on a quiet street in the "Richmond district" and just one block from Golden Gate Park!<br />Public transportation (MUNI) is just one block from the house which takes you straight to downtown, Japantown, or even Ocean Beach!<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Recently rebuilt in-law suite which gets flooded with natural light during the day and has wonderful recessed lights to better enjoy the space at night!<br /><br />When you walk into the guest space, you'll see the bathroom directly to your left (with a walk-in shower with a dual/adjustable shower head), following the bathroom is the fully-equipped kitchennette. Guests will find a fresh Peet's Coffee to help get their day's started off right, electric tea kettle, toaster oven, and dual-burner hot plate. The kitchen area also has a full sized fridge and dishwasher so that you're not worried about doing your dishes on vacation.<br /><br />The combination living space/bedroom is extra large, has one Queen-size bed with very comfortable mattress, dresser, sofa, and built-in gas fireplace which makes sitting back on the sofa even more relaxing!<br /><br />The space is designed to make it a convenient workspace (secretary/computer wall unit, swivel chair and recess light available).<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />There's no dedicated parking space available to guests. Thankfully, street parking it's not hard to find nearby!<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />Please note, no additional guests (outside of those listed on the reservation) are allowed at the property. <br />We have a small dog upstairs who is always very friendly and likes to greet all people who is coming to our house, dogs are living on the third floor and never left unattended.<br />This place is absolutely non smoking tobacco or other smoking products (i.e. vape, weed, etc.). <br />The main entrance to the building is flat and steps free, but to enter the studio is only one step up.<br /><br /><b>Registration Details</b><br />2021-007632STR
