Our home is located in the center of SF in NoPa. Whether you're looking for a launch point for your family's vacation or a place to unwind and recharge after work, here are some features you will love:<br /><br />-1200 sq ft of private indoor space. Large living room and 3 spacious bedrooms with full closets and city views.<br />-Superfast Wifi, streaming TV and two tables for work (bedroom/dining).<br />-Peaceful entrance through our garden.<br />-Central location for exploring. Cafes, restaurants, supermarkets nearby.<br /><br /><b>The space</b><br />Our home was designed specifically to host you and your group. The entire space is open for you to use and store your belongings. Here are some more features we think you will love:<br /><br />★ Location ★<br />- Location is key when considering a home to stay in, whether for work or for launching a family vacation.<br />- Our home is centrally located in the heart of San Francisco and is 10-15 minutes by car from the Financial District, Golden Gate Bridge, The Marina, deeper parts of Golden Gate Park including the Academy of Sciences, Fisherman's Wharf and Pier 39.<br />- Within walking distance are 3 large supermarkets (Trader Joe's, Target, and Lucky) and numerous cafes, bars, and restaurants in the up and coming NoPa neighborhood. <br /><br />★ Beds and Bedrooms ★<br />- 2 Queen beds (1 Stearns and Foster pillow top mattress, and 1 Casper mattress)<br />- 1 Full bed (Casper mattress)<br />- Each bedroom has bright South/Southeast exposure, a full closet and wide unobstructed views.<br />- Large sectional couch in the living room that can seat 5-6 and sleep 1 guest.<br /><br />★ Kitchenette and Bathroom ★<br />- Kitchenette features a drawer refrigerator, Miele dishwasher, sink, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, drip coffee maker, and two induction cooktops.<br />- Ground coffee provided for each stay.<br />- Full cookware set, plates, silverware, bowls, cups, and wine glasses. <br />- Bathroom features a wide double sink, bathtub and shower. Hair dryer, Qtips, and cotton pads provided.<br />- Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided for each stay.<br /><br />★ Entertainment and Children's Amenities ★<br />- High chair, Pack and Play, soft Play mat, baby bathtub, and toys for young children available.<br />- Board games for kids of all ages.<br />- Access to the following streaming services: Netflix, Prime Video, Apple, Hulu, Paramount, Disney, Peacock, Max.<br /><br />★ Yard and Garden ★<br />- You will have access to a well maintained backyard and garden space, which offers a peaceful introduction to our home as well as a place to play, stretch, and get some fresh air.<br /><br />★ Access ★<br />- Smart locks to the home can be accessed via a 4 digit pin code customized specifically for you.<br /><br />Some notes about our home that are important to consider:<br /><br />- The entrance to the unit is up stairs from the street level entrance - about the same as a typical San Francisco duplex home. Please see our photos to get a better sense. <br />- While this entire unit is for your private use, we live in the unit above. We kindly request that your group avoid very loud noise late at night.<br />- The backyard entrance and backyard is shared with us (we are almost never there other than for maintenance).<br />- There is no smoking and no parties allowed on the property. Family events or gatherings can be requested and approved on a case by case basis. Please reach out!<br />- Laundry and Kitchenette: We unfortunately do not have laundry available in the unit. However there is a laundromat 2 blocks away from the home. Our kitchenette includes two induction stovetops, a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, electric water kettle, pots and pans, utensils, plates, bowls, cups, wine glasses. Unfortunately, our kitchenette does not have an oven or a freezer.<br />- Parking: there is usually plentiful free street parking in front of our home with a 2 hour limit during the weekdays. Street parking is free after 6 PM until 8 AM on weekdays and free during weekends. There is also a long stretch of 24 hour free street parking within 4 blocks of our home. <br />- If you give us >10 days notice before check in, we can help you get a parking permit at an additional cost (whatever the city charges us for the permit) that will let you bypass the 2 hour limit and park in front of the house.<br /><br /><b>Guest access</b><br />You will have access to 1,200 interior square feet with a private entrance. Access to the backyard is shared. (we are rarely there except for occasional maintenance and you will have priority).<br /><br /><b>Other things to note</b><br />We do not make money on cleaning fees.
